In order to carry out our detailing services seamlessly, we kindly request that you grant Luxury Detailing access to your vehicle during the scheduled detailing appointment, as well as any additional times agreed upon by both parties. Please ensure that the keys to your vehicle are readily accessible.

Liability for Accidents and Pre-Existing Damage

At Luxury Detailing, we prioritize the careful handling of your vehicle during our detailing services. While we maintain an excellent safety record and have never experienced an accident to date, it's important to note that Luxury Detailing cannot accept responsibility for any damage that might occur to your vehicle while it is in our care. By choosing to utilize our detailing services, you also acknowledge that Luxury Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damages or conditions that may already be present on your vehicle. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect your vehicle before entrusting it to us for detailing.

Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

At Luxury Detailing, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we are committed to providing the highest level of service, it's important to note that no service we offer can guarantee a complete restoration of your vehicle to a previous or brand-new condition.

Non-Refundable Deposits- Please be aware that deposits made for our services are non-refundable. We order materials and allocate resources based on your reservation, and as such, deposits cannot be refunded.



All Sales Are Final- Once services are rendered, all sales are considered final. We aim to provide transparency and satisfaction throughout the process, and if you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to discuss them with our team before the service is completed.
